We work with a small number of private investors whose capital is aligned with property projects we originate and are directly involved in.

Our role is to identify suitable projects, structure them clearly, and oversee delivery without involving clients in day-to-day operations. Levels of involvement vary depending on experience, objectives, and suitability.
