Property Projects for Private Investors

We work with a small number of private investors whose capital is aligned with property projects we originate and are directly involved in.

Our role is to identify suitable projects, structure them clearly, and provide experienced oversight without drawing clients into day to day delivery or operational decision making. Levels of involvement vary by arrangement, depending on experience, objectives, and suitability.
